Make sure that a environmental statement is done before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City. And also have the sewer lines updated before anything. There is a problem right now in Jersey City under heavy rain falls that the sewer lines gets full and water is getting pushed in to peoples apartments where children are living. To take down the embankment is going to lead to catastraphic consequences during heavy rain fall for the residents of down town Jersey City during rain season. People before profit Jersey City make my tax money work the right way for ones.
