STB should authorize a full environmental study of the Harsimus Branch/Pennsylvania Railroad Sixth Street Embankment." Furthermore, preserving historic sites is essential to understanding our history and where we came from. Additionally, green park space in an urban environment is truly precious and contributes greatly to quality of life. I can think of no better use for the 6th Street embankment than as a public park. Thank you for taking the time to read this."
