I am requesting a full enviornmental impact survey for any and all planned changes to the Harsimus Branch Embankment located in Jersey City. I am someone who will be directly affected by any changes that will occur to this structure & therefore I believe the government is obligated to provide local residents with information on what we can expect after renovations.
