Please require an Environmental Impact Statement for this area before abandonment. As the wife of a Jersey City Firefighter, I am concerned about demolition of this site causing downtown pollution and decreases in air quality. As a former 12 year resident of Jersey City I am concerned about effects upon this fragile historic neighborhood. Please require an EIS before abandonment is allowed. Thank you. Laurinda Stockwell
