An Environmental Impact Statement is necessary for the Jersey City Embankment. The severe changes in Jersey City caused by the proposed projects in and around the Embankment area could prove to be drastic. Not only will the new construction cause neighborhood" damage. But, also real dangers to the residents, wildlife and quality of living in Jersey City. Please look much further into the possible impact the proposed projects for the Jersey City Embankment. I believe you will see that an Environmental Impact Statement is truly warranted."
