Dear Sirs, We really need to know what toxic chemicals have been spilling on these tracks for decades, all the way from the waterfront back to the Harsimus Cemetery at the foot of the Palisades. Frankly, any demolition of the Sixth Street Embankment will also cause major distress to the entire local community. Therefore, we really need a full environmental study of the entire Harsimus Branch. Sincerely, Mildred Kerr
