I wish for the STB to authorize a full environmental study of the Harsimus Branch, so decisionmakers have the best information available to them. Although I am not active in the politics and policies of Jersey City/Hudson county, I am an active community member and continue use many of the green spaces, parks, and public spaces on a regular basis since my move to New Jersey 5 years ago. At a time when Jersey City and its surrounding areas are being developed, I believe it is important to develop natural areas as well. The reservoir area has great potential to be a community center, educational area, and oasis in a city. I hope that it will continue to be a part of the rich infrastructure of Jersey City. Thank you for your consideration.
