STB should authorize a full environmental study of the Harsimus Branch/Pennsylvania Railroad Sixth Street Embankment. Demolition of this site would have an impact on the surrounding historic resources, such as the Jersey City-Harsimus Cemetery (both a Revolutionary War and War of 1812 Historic Site). I urge you to consider the historical loss to the city if the Sixth Street Embankment were to be demolished. Thank you, Catherine Boland
