We have lost too much already. My newborn needs space to walk, so the embankment should become a park, but he should also have a chance to get some idea about what Jersey City was like before the high rises. So please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families.
