Please authoriye a full environmental study of the entire Harsimus Branch. It is time to think about the needs of our citizens instead of the desires of big companies. The potential environmental impact and damage to historic neighborhoods from demolition of this massive structure, are too great to ignore. Please do what is right for the Jersey City Community.
