Please authorize a full Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment leads to the demolition of the Harsimus Brach embankment. The demolition will have a severe negative impact on the historic district where it is located. The local residents will have to contend with dust, noise, circulation of heavy machinery and release of unknown contaminants. Thank you. Sincerely,
