Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families. Abandonment will lead directly to demolition and the effects of demolition of this massive structure will affect our air quality, create dust and noise in our quiet neighborhood.
