Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families. The Jersey City Embankment is an important historical and ecological feature of our community. Commercial development would destroy its vital presence to Jersey City and devalue the interests of Jersey City's residents.
