while attending st.peter's college the only thing that really attracted me to the area and scenery. Being able to drive down to the waterfront without any hassle. Building more homes will only jeopardize everything. More traffic and more pollution. More kids in over crowded schools. All these things would kill the beautiful that the area has. When I become a home buyer I would not consider moving to that area because of those factors and would rather move to an area where there will be peace and quite, less pollution, and be able to see grass and trees instead of opening my window and seeing another building instead of the view of the city.
