I'm a four-year resident of Jersey City who along with my wife is raising two young children in the city. The Embankment sits behind our house, and I am deeply concerned about environmental issues. Disturbing the Embankment could pose a health danger to my children and others in my community. STB should authorize a full environmental study of the Harsimus Branch, so decisionmakers have the best information available to them.
