STB should authorize a full environmental study of the Harsimus Branch, so decisionmakers have the best information available to them. In Jersey City, we need every square inch of space to be put to the best and highest use. We are the most densly populated county in New Jersey. Please do the full study. I am depending upon you to empower us to make a wise decision. We are at the mercy of developers who have made campaign contributions to local politicians who support special interests and not OUR interests. Please help us defend our community. Thank you.
