The embankment park is the single greatest opportunity for the jersey city area. it will be like a central park for NY., and perminantely increase quality of life and financial value. - Tha major problems that plaque the downtown area, of flooding, bad sewers , electric brown outs, garbage, transportation, old services and crime, will be exacerbated by any new housing development such as is proposed for the embankment site.
