Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement for the Embankment in Jersey City, NJ. The Embankment is surrounded on all lateral sides by residential neighborhoods and business thoroughfare. It is deeply rooted in a community and historical district. Due to insufficient studies done on the contaminants in the Embankment, it is public federal policy to protect its people and comply with the National Environmental Policy Act to prepare an EIS - especially for projects such as this one. Please make all responsible considerations for the families, residents and businesses in the historical districts of Downtown Jersey City.
