Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment cause severe adverse consequences in Jersey City to its historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families. Jersey City is one our state's greatest urban centers, and we need to treat all of its open spaces with the utmost respect and consideration. Thank you.
