As someone who bikes around the region with my family, enjoying historic neighborhoods as a destination, I am concerned about Jersey City in general and the area of the embankment in particular I request that you authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families.
