I am writing in response to the SEA's recent decision on the Jersey City Embankment. The SEA's failure to order an Environmental Impact Statement will adversely affect our neighborhood. Conrail's abandonment of the Embankment and its subsequent demolition and develop will have permanently scar our neighborhood and damage our environment. The SEA should require a full and impartial analysis to determine the full effects of the Embankment's abandonment on Jersey City and its residents.
