The Embankment is a migratory home of Monarch Butterflies and is an important rest stop for them on their way south every year. It is important to keep butterfly habitats that exist in the city because there are so few. THEY ARE ENDANGERED! Their home should not be destroyed and there may be legal reprocussions for doing so. Also, there have already been studies done showing significant environmental concerns such as Arsenic. VERY IMPORTANT TO GET A FULL REPORT!!
