My condo is in a 4 unit building, which literally touches the Embankment. The three other owners and I will be affected more directly by the proposed development of the Embankment property than any other parties. As the president of the 93 Erie street condo association, I speak for all of us in requesting that a complete environment review be completed before the Embankment is allowed to be abandoned or otherwise transfered to the developer. Our health, our property values and our neighborhood are in danger. I am convinced that the removal of the Embankment will directly harm me /us. Please use extreme caution and examine the Environmental impact of proposed development before making a decision. thank you scott
