I think that it is vital to have an environmental Impact Statement. It seems obvious that a park in the sky is not only beautiful but, environmentally healthy, where as, destroying it would be damaging and polluting and you would loose something truly unique. For me, it has such aesthetic impact and it makes Jersey City very special.
