On behalf of my client North Coast Railroad Authority I am providing herewith a cover letter by the Executive Director (Mr. Stogner) of NCRA and Environmental Report and Historic Report for a two-year out of service notice of exempt abandonment expected to be filed mid-May. This EA was mailed and/or emailed today to all addressees on the list attached to Mr. Stogner's letter. NCRA, a state agency, plans to railbank the line. It is approximately 175 miles long. Please get in touch if you have questions or require additional information.
