Greetings, Please include my thoughts on the record as being opposed to certain changes of practice at the Eugene, Springfield, Marcola and any other nearby railyards. My understanding is a change from a class 1 to class 3 ownership will mean less liability for the new owners in case of accidents and less training and less staff to oversee the rail yard. There could be an increased likelihood that mis handling hazardous materials will affect nearby neighborhoods. I live in River Road Neighborhood, the rail yard is already a problem, it doesnt need to be a bigger danger. I am opposed to the lease and contract changeover from UP to CORP. Thank you, Jan Spencer Resident of River Road Neighborhood
