New rail is wrong for Texas. Don’t let this company sneak a new rail in under the assumption that it could be used for light passenger rail…Texans won’t use light rail in rural areas as there’s no Uber/Lyft to distribute passengers from the rail station. This would a purely a move for personal gain from a private company…does NOT qualify for imminent domain. Thanks,
