The impact of the railway hauling rock/aggregate will have an impact on air. The rail cars are uncovered , the dust will be polluting our air and breathing will be difficult. The noise pollution to me and other land owners will be upsetting at any time of day. Burnet county is limited with supply of water. We do not have enough to support the train much less another quarry. TCEQ has all the facts. Thank you
