Dear Members of the Surface Transportation Board, I am writing to voice my strong opposition to the proposed 26.9-mile railway project by Texas Materials Group. It would completely disrupt my parents' peaceful backyard and beautiful property they've worked so hard to create in the last 30 years. Sincerely, Kelsey Rollins
