The proposed route goes through several properties south of Lampasas, in particular the Vann Ranch and within 100 yards of a home and the other only 400 yards away. Many more neighbors’ ranches along the route will be cut in two, requiring them to lose direct access to portions of the property and homes. All for the benefit of a private company, which is headquartered in Ireland. This is devastating for the ranch owners and I feel sure it negatively effects the value of their property and their livelihood if they are running a livestock or farming operation.
