Adam - Please be aware that Tx Materials is not \"reconstructing\" an abandoned line - there may be 14 miles of right of way in Burnety county but there is none in Lampasas County - there are no right of ways on our land. They are not reconstructing but trying to use old right of ways (many purchased by the landowners) and forcing a new route in Lampasas county, taking land from private land owners. This needs to be examined as they are building a new rail line for private use of Texas Materials, for profit. THEY ARE NOT RECONSTRUCING A LINE!
