Texas Materials proposed railway is a travesty to landowners, wildlife and family legacies. By circumventing the established approval process and utilizing loopholes in the statutes to limit the publics opinion and outcries lends credence to the company\'s immoral corporate character. The affected counties would be impacted by limited access to water and natural springs, recreational water activities, deer hunting (a major source of income for local communities), livestock and cattle grazing, hay baling, and loss of income and jobs to small business truck hauling companies.
