The law office of Thomas W Wilcox ,llc submitted a letter October 24,2024 in reference to this project . the letter is misleading in numerous areas . I can not understand why a waiver of the 6 month should be granted . the letter states there was a meeting August 29,2024 , yet we the affected citizens are just learning of the situation. there needs to be a period for public comment !. the letter states \'NO MAJOR WETLANDS \" . I am a MS graduate of the MSU school of engineering geology and take specific exception to this point . I would like to point out the line is VERY close to the head waters of the North fork of the San Gabrial river . As to the point Road crossings , again very misleading the right of way will cross no less than 8 county roads including some significant roads where on going development is in progress. I believe as part of the OEA there should be a public comment , including TPW (Texas Parks and wildlife ,) whom I specific have been working with on numerous wildlife projects. I would appreciate your delaying the approval of this project till adequate investigations can be conducted.
