I\'m an affected landowner. We already deal with the noise and vibrations from the track running alongside hwy 29. How does this qualify for eminent domain? This does not benefit the general public. It does not do one thing to benefit property owners along the way or even 2-3 miles away. That crap about it being1.64 trains per day is a minimum we know if another rail company is willing to lease those tracks to run on, we could be sitting on CR 200 5-10 times per day. As our population in this area ages we have more frequent need for emergency medical services. This could end someone\'s life waiting on a mile long train to clear tracks. We don\'t have any shortcuts to our house on CR 200.
