This project presents serious concerns regarding environmental impact (air quality, noise pollution and endangering wildlife), property devaluation, potential accidents (derailment, human fatalities and fires), invasion of privacy and personal safety. Young children, teenagers and vagrants will be able to walk along the tracks and then directly into the backyards of the homesteads close to the tracks.
