I am a landowner directly impacted by this rail line. It will impact my land, natural resources, cattle, deer, turkey and wildlife. Additionally it will divide my land into two pieces making it impossible to access several acres of my property with a tractor or have it available for grazing. Lampasas sees hundreds of hunters year after year and I believe this unwanted PRIVATE for profit “Quarry Train” will severely compromise and have a negative impact on deer, cattle, turkey and wildlife populations and honestly, destroy my 30 acres to an unusable farm land. Having a train run in the middle of land diagonally will ruin what I have worked on for over 12 years to build. Please DENY the permit or permission to move this project forward.
