As a homestead/ home owner along FM 2340, Burnet, I am deeply concerned about the proposed construction of the railroad to transport rock aggregate from quarries in Burnet. This will create noise and severe air pollution, endanger wildlife, invade peoples\' privacy, property values will plummet, deface the Hillcountry\'s natural beauty, and create a track for vagrants to wander.
