I strongly oppose the Puerto Verde Projects in Maverick County, Texas, due to their harmful impact on our environment, health, and community safety. These projects threaten our water resources, displace residents, and lack meaningful public input from the people most affected. I urge the Surface Transportation Board to halt the approval process until full environmental and community impact studies are completed and local voices are genuinely considered.
