My message is in Spanish due to my lack of English. They're going to box us in with pure diesel fumes all around. In front of my house is the train, to the right a commercial bridge, behind me on Highway FM 1589 the entrance and exit for dangerous goods trucks, and to my left is Highway 277 where those trucks will travel. We're going to be in a box breathing diesel fumes all day and night. Please consider the residents of Seco Mines and Cenizo Heights. We've had enough of the lack of consideration from our elected officials, so why should this agency ignore us too? You're supposed to work for the well-being of the people, so I very politely ask you to listen to us and consider us as a community. We're going to affect many people with this. My daughter-in-law had already sent you the study of the area, suggesting that this project be moved outside the town. Please translate my letter so you understand me and consider my right to breathe clean air. Thank you, Maria.
