As a resident who lives in Eagle Pass and hearing the news about this train rail road being built has raised alot of concerns to the community. One we were never aware of this until a few weeks ago and this is against the law. The risk factors that we will have are pollution, noise, tax increase and traffic . The health of our people/families are first and this is something that we as residents here in Eagle Pass we don’t need or want. I’m submitting this survey to express my concerns.
