As a resident of Eagle Pass and hearing the news about this train rail road being built has raised alot of concerns to the community. we were never aware of this until a few weeks ago and this is against the law. The risk factors that we will have are pollution, noise, tax increase and traffic . The health of our people/families are first and this is something that we as residents here in Eagle Pass we don’t need or want. I’m submitting this survey to express my concerns.
