My family, our business, and loved ones would be negatively affected by this project as some of our properties and tenants reside on Ritchie Road. My parents, whom are elderly, live on 1079 Ritchie Road, the home where I grew up and visit daily will now be plagued with disruptive noise and pollution. My parents home is where we convene to celebrate holidays and many special occasions throughout the year. This put myself, my parents, our lifelong neighbors, our tenants, our pets, my children, amongst many others, exposed to harmful pollutants. Not to mention the deterioration of roads due to commercial traffic. My parents cannot afford to buy a new home in an area away from this project, nor should they have to. Please take into consideration our concerns and deny this project.
