Noise pollution for Seco Mines Elementary School students/staff and residents of surrounding areas is a concern. Just because they were able to obtain low cost properties, they are using lands close to our water which in case of derailment/explosion/or chemical spill, some citizens will be affected, specially if a school will have rail tracks in the back and side near the campus. Feel like private companies are controlling the progress and development for not only city and county but borderwise as well (?).
