Construction will generate significant air pollution from dust, exhaust fumes, and heavy machinery operation. Train operation will create noise pollution, disturbing local wildlife and communities. Construction activities will lead to soil erosion and sedimentation, polluting nearby waterways and impacting aquatic life. Accidental spills of fuel, lubricants, or other hazardous materials during construction and operation pose a serious threat to water quality. The railroad may disrupt natural drainage patterns, leading to flooding and wetland degradation. The property of my house will be devalued and using my veterans benefits to purchase a nice peaceful home gone to waste!
