FD: 36652 STB office of Environmental 4/18/2024 Via This letter I would like to say that I am not agree with Green Eagle Railroad LLC I would like to mention my concerns, why don’t they take their train and connected by Thompson Road Eagle Pass, Area. That would be the logical things to do. We have had the rail blockage throughout the city causing headaches, now they want to damage our city and my new house located at 2317 Darlene St, Eagle Pass Texas 78852, when I brought my house in 2022, the seller doesn’t mention nothing about this project. They never advised of this railroad. It's going to cause noise pollution, contaminate the air with all the chemicals. And It will block Del Rio Hwy by Seco Creek area, why do it in middle of town and cause headaches to our neighborhood and block traffic? I believe can be resolved if this were discussed with interested parties if both local and national entities were to get together and encourage input from the lay people of the communities. The fact that you are the Mayor, or the Judge does not mean you are all-knowing I am confidential that there may be others of varying experiences that may be able to provide a viable solution to the problem. Give it a try! You may have the solution at hand Battles are not won by one man. It takes planning and discussion.
