To: Office of Environmental Analysis The proposed PPHTD Railroad Expansion Project alignment falls within the jurisdictional limit of the of the right-descending Mississippi River Levee as well as the New Orleans to Venice - Woodpark to Point Celeste Levee. These levees operate under partnership agreements with the federal, state, and local governments. A Levee Permit/Letter of No Objection will be required. These documents can be obtained by submitting a request to the following entities: kbuck@ppgov.net, CPRArequest@la.gov, and MVNleveepermits@usace.army.mil. Attached are the submission requirements specific to CPRA.
