We take the garbage out and forget about it. Well, that’s about to change and that means if we don’t do anything, we have a problem. Everyone needs to be forward thinking. We need to do something. This is a plan. Excellent job on behalf of those who put this together and the decades of planning that was suggested in plans for rail in the past.
