The idea of utilizing rail to tackle garbage in Smithtown is innovative and essential. I support this project 100% and appreciate the plan from the town to ensure less pollution with more efficiency. I hope everyone involved in this project determines other ways to use the rail while it’s there and taking away garbage; I am certain it will be quite a benefit and resourceful.
