I have been living in Kings Park, NY 50 years. I prefer Kings Park to remain a sleepy little town and not turned into a smelly, polluted , loud town. Since the truck routes have been moved along Indian Head Road, I can no longer sleep due to the truck noise. The regular passenger train sounds are a nuisance also because they keep cutting trees which makes sound waves travel. Adding more trains , noise and chaos is putting the general public in danger because this RN no longer gets adequate sleep. Please do not allow this to happen! I deserve a healthy place to live that I have paid dearly into the tax system to live here! Please do the right thing!
