This project should not proceed and as a state resident I express my strong opposition. This project will create unrepairable long term changes to the open lands including uninterrupted wilderness area. There may be some short term gain for few but as many local residents oppose the project, the idea that this will stimulate local jobs is a farce. Transporting oil through small towns and wilderness poses massive environmental risk that does nothing to benefit the tax paying citizens of Utah. Please oppose this project from ever starting.
